The property was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard, making us feel comfortable and at home. The excellent kitchen facilities, including high-quality plates, glasses, and pots, made it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The cozy lounge provided a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the modern and light bathroom added a touch of luxury to our stay.

Upon arrival, we found that the property was not cleaned properly, with towels in the bath and bedding not set up on the beds. We were unable to reach the property contact despite numerous calls and texts, which was quite frustrating.

Loved every minute of being there, recommend. The hotel was lovely with convenient location close to centre. Location: the property was just off Mousetrap pub in central to village, the garden and restaurants. I booked a cottage for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators. The staff was caring, excellent, and everything was amazing.

The location of the cottage is fantastic, just a short walk from the main village. the staff are friendly and quick to fix any issues. the cottage itself is very clean and well-maintained. the rooms are comfortable, with smart TVs and comfortable beds. the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. the cottage offers free Wi-Fi and there is a parking space available.

The curtains in the bedrooms could be improved to block out more light in the mornings.

The house was absolutely amazing - located just a short walk from the village, it was mind-blowing. The owners were incredibly responsive, fixing the boiler within a couple of hours when it broke. The thoughtful basket of gifts and provisions like tea, coffee, and milk were super. Despite not having a manual, we figured out how to use the TV, coffee machine, and microwave. The beds were so comfy, and the garden was perfect for enjoying the evening sun. The facilities were jaw-dropping - we had everything we needed, and the kids loved the top-floor room with its low-height beds and stair gate. The blankets and cushions in all the rooms added a cozy touch, and having Netflix on the TV was a great bonus. The place was spotless - cleaned to a jaw-dropping standard. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with high-quality glasses, plates, pots, etc. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the oven and microwave. The lounge was super cozy, and the bathroom was modern and light. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to the main high street. it was a perfect accommodation for a family, with a lovely welcome pack too. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great experience during our 3-night stay at The Lansdowne Cottage. The location is fantastic, with pubs and restaurants right next door.- The room we stayed in had a bath, which was a nice touch.- We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

The cottage was lovely, with attractive decor and immaculate rooms. We were impressed with the welcome gift basket and the milk in the fridge. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, so we could easily walk to all the local attractions. Contacting Gemma was a breeze, as she responded quickly to our messages. The property was immaculate, cleaned to a very high standard. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with high-quality glasses, plates, and pots. The cozy lounge and modern, light bathroom were highlights. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the main high street. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, and milk was a thoughtful touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Bourton-on-the-Water.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the village center. We had a lovely room on the top floor, which was great for our children. the beds were low and there was even a stair gate for safety. the cottage was super clean and tastefully decorated, with blankets and cushions adding a cozy touch. the facilities were fantastic, with Netflix on the TV and everything we needed.

The parking facilities were quite tight, so it might be difficult for those with larger cars.

The property was incredibly clean, with the staff maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout. We especially appreciated the spotless kitchen facilities, including the sparkling clean oven and microwave. The lounge was cozy and inviting, and the bathroom was modern and filled with natural light. the location of the cottage was fantastic, with the main high street just a short 5-minute walk away. This made exploring the area and finding dining options incredibly convenient.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. First, the parking space provided was quite small, which posed a challenge for our larger vehicle.

The value for money at Lansdowne Cottage was excellent, and the room was incredibly cozy and well-decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the village, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.
